💸 RETURN POLICY

At Buynou, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you aren't, we're happy to help.

🔁 RETURNS
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

Conditions for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn and in original condition.

  • Original packaging and labels must be present.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

All returns must be sent to the following address:

⚠️ Please do not return any items without prior authorization – unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return label and detailed instructions on how to proceed.

📦 Note: For returns from abroad, the delivery time may be longer.

🛠️ DAMAGES & PROBLEMS
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If any items are damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at 📩 buynouoffiziell@gmail.com so we can find a solution.

🚫 EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Returns are excluded for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Personal care and hygiene products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift vouchers

  • Sale items (reduced products)

🔄 EXCHANGE
The fastest way to get a different item is to return your current item and place a new order.

🇪🇺 EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (3 DAYS)
If you live in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days of receipt without giving any reason.
The item must still meet the return conditions: unused, with tags, in the original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

💰 REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

✅ If approved:
The refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

💳 Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
