💸 RETURN POLICY

At Buynou, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, we are happy to help you.

🔁 RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Requirements for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Original packaging and labels must be present.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

⚠️ Please do not send items back without prior approval – unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return label as well as precise instructions on how to proceed.

📦 Note: Shipping times may be longer for international returns.

🛠️ DAMAGES & ISSUES

🚫 EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Returns are excluded for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care and hygiene items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items (discounted products)

🔄 EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get a different item is to return your current item and place a new order.

🇪🇺 EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (3 DAYS)
If you reside in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days of receipt without giving any reason.
The item must still meet the return conditions: unused, with labels, in the original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

💰 REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you about the approval of your refund.

✅ If approved:
The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

💳 Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
